“Our first Chipotle sauce was created in summer 2017”

The story of Mex-Man began in 2017 at a family-founded Mexican restaurant in Tikkurila, where the family's son 'Aydin' and mother 'Sinem' worked. In the early days of the restaurant, the mother 'Sinem' noticed that there were no sauces on the market that suited the theme of a Mexican restaurant, so she decided to develop her own sauce to offer to customers. In summer 2017 the first Chipotle sauce developed from her own recipe was completed; it was later named the "Amor" sauce to reflect the founders' core theme — love.
